Sacha Storz

Sacha Storz

I work as Head of Project Management at TechDivision in Munich. I have spent around 20 years in IT, and my background is in psychology. Since 2022, I have focused intensively on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large language models (LLMs)—not only in theory, but also through hands-on work with Python, data, and my own LLM projects.

I am particularly interested in the intersection of technology, people, and organizations: How does AI change products, collaboration, and decision-making—and how can we shape that change thoughtfully? My experience also includes roles as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Project Manager. As an Agile Coach, I worked with individuals, teams, and organizations on organizational development—with a focus on making collaboration more effective, adaptable, and healthy.

If you are exploring similar questions or would like to work with me, I would be happy to hear from you.

My Credentials

Over the years, I have completed numerous certifications, courses, and training programs. It is remarkable how much knowledge is available online. Most of the time, all it takes is a little money—and a lot of time.
